At Rex Radiator we basically have three goals.

• First (and foremost) we aim to supply our customers (whether the customer is a worldwide power such as FedEx, a local body shop, or just a regular guy off the street) with the highest quality product available. At Rex, we all take pride in our work and that shows in our workmanship. In order to provide the highest quality products available, each of our locations is manned by highly qualified and experienced radiator technicians and welders. At Rex, we are active members of NARSA (National Automotive Radiator Service Association), and work hand in hand with nation and world wide suppliers of the finest automotive and trucking parts available. We serve as distributors for Valeo, Modine, SPI, Performance, CSF, Transpro/GDI, and AC Delco to name a few.
  
• Secondly, we try to provide the best service available. High quality in a hurry is a major reason we have been around for nearly a century. By supplying our customers with a high quality product and providing the fastest service possible, we leave a lasting impression with our customer base. We offer free pick up and delivery stretching from the Mississippi River to the West to Portage , IN to the East. We travel as far North as Milwaukee , WI and as far South as Springfield, IL . Our fleet consists of roughly fifteen radio-dispatched drivers and their vehicles. We do our absolute best to leave every customer satisfied and impressed after every job we do.
  
• Our third goal goes hand-in-hand with our first and second. We aim to build a strong sense of rapport with each and every customer that places an order, calls one of our six locations, or walks in our door. Along with providing quality work and outstanding service, we try and establish a friendly and professional relationship we each and every potential client we are fortunate enough to meet. Word-of-mouth goes a long way in the industry we are in, and at Rex we try and make a long lasting, good impression. We do our best to insure that any experience with Rex Radiator is as pleasant as possible.

By setting these standards and doing our best to meet each of these three goals, we have managed to stay in business for over nine decades and four generations of Rex's. By maintaining these practices and meeting our goals in customer satisfaction, we hope to be around for another ninety-five years.
